Congratulations for having selected Jindal Naturecure Institute (JNI) for improving your health naturally.    JNI  was established in 1978 by Sitaram Jindal Foundation, a Charitable Institution, in a campus spread over 90 acres of land. This sprawling campus is situated on a serene, picturesque,  pollution-free area on Tumkur Road,  16 Kms from Bangalore City  and 45 Kms from Bangaluru International Airport. 

JNI  is a naturopathy hospital for treating various kinds of disorders/diseases. Once you have takeen admission, the Institute will try to orient your thinking to lead a natural and  “disease free” life.  The aim of the Institute is not only to provide relief or to cure the ailments but also to educate people how to have a sound health, by way of showing them how to lead a simple, regulated and natural lifewhich is so essential to keep a good wealth throughout.

Naturecure requires utmost discipline comprising of punctuality and regularity; it demands will power and self control; dedication and sincerity as also respect for rules / principles.

To derive maximum benefits from this Institute, please follow the following guidelines. 

On arrival

Immediately after your arrival at the Institute, Security will guide you to the admission counter.

If you are carrying any kind of eatables,  medicines,  and other general items such as Vicks,  Amritanjan,  Snuff,  Elachi,  Zarda,  Pan Parag,   deposit the  same with Security. (Please note that your luggages are checked by  our PRO during the course of your stay. The consumption of Alcohol, outside food  and Cigarette smoking or usage of any tobacco substances are strictly prohibited inside the campus. Please destroy the same before your arrival. Please do not keep any eatable with you including chokolates. If you have brought with you please deposit at security.

Please ensure to deposit excess cash / jewellary with the cashier for safety or keep the same in the safe locker provided  in your accommodation.  Mobile Phones are restricted to your room and not outside.  Laptops are not allowed and in case you are carrying a Laptop, please deposit the same with Cashier.  For any emergency, Internet facility on payment basis is available on first floor.  Carrying out any business activities during your stay in our center in any form are strictly prohibited.

Please show the confirmation letter issued by the Institute to the Admission Counter.

Admission counter will allot you the booked accommodation.   You  may have to stay in a transit accommodation for one or two  days in case the reserved accommodation is not readily available. You will be escorted to your room once the accommodation is allotted.   Soon after getting inside the accommodation, please check the inventory of the items kept according to our inventory list and report to the hospitality counter PRO in case there is any discrepency, and come back to Admission counter to finish the other formalities.   Please acquaint yourself with the rules and regulations of JNI by reading our brochure and information folder carefully.

Payment towards room tariff and approximate cost of all treatments  should be  deposited with the cashier at the time of admission.  If you are NRI or Foreign Citizen,   please fill up the relevant forms and  submit a  photo copy of your Passport and Visa for the purpose of information to  the relevant Government Authorities.

Admission counter staff will prepare the case sheet for your confirmed days of booking and would refer  you to the concerned  Naturopath doctor. 

After getting case sheet, payment has to be made at cash counter. For prompt service and necessary guidance,  please contact PRO or Hospitality Desk .  In case  you come after 5.00 p.m.,  your treatments will start from the next morning.  However, you can contact Reception for assistance and Diet Centre for dinner and morning juice.  Please contact Admission counter next day at 9.00 a.m.

Diet  plays  a very important role in this healing  system.  Each patient will have a specified dietetic requirement prescribed by the doctor for which there is a spacious Diet Centre with a specially equipped kitchen and very spacious dining halls for having your juice / fruits / food etc., Please note that there are separate sections accommodation wise for your easy accessibility.

The  diet  is  vegetarian with fresh  fruits,  vegetables,  salads, sprouts  and juices and cooked food, carefully prepared as per principles of Naturopathy.   Most of  the vegetables and fruits  used in Diet Centre are grown organically in the Institute's own farm.

Your ward doctor will prescribe your diet and treatments in a specially formatted card for the purpose. Your ward doctor, based on your health problems  would recommend your Diet and Naturopathy treatments.

Your ward doctor will be available in consultation room between  8.00 a.m.  and 12 Noon  and 2.00 p.m.  and 5.30 p.m. 

You must meet the Chief Yoga Officer on the day of your admission for guidance on required yogic exercises.  You will contact Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist  for treatments at the Jindal Rural  Charitable Hospital (JRCH) if your ward doctor recommends.

The orientation VCD “Elixir of Life” will be played for new patients in the accommodation through home channel between 12.30 pm and 2 pm. However in the Reception counter the VCD will run from 9 am to  5 pm. Please do see the film as this gives you full information about the Institute & the daily schedule.

Your day starts at 5.30 a.m.  with soothing Bhajans.  As the day progresses you will be occupied with your treatments, yoga, physiotherapy, Gym, H & C Reflexology track progress review on treatments etc., We expect you to go to bed by 10.30 p.m.

For morning and evening walks, there is a walking track of 2 kilometers. We also have well equipped Gymnasium, Hot and Cold Reflexology track, Open air Gym and aerobic classes, swimming pool, aquatic exercise and number of other activities available at free of cost. We expect you to use these facilities for the betterment / up keep of your health.

Facilities such as, laundry, tailor and beauty parlor and gents saloon are also available inside the complex at a nominal cost. For recreations, indoor games, outdoor badminton, library, sky cycle and cable TV  in room are provided.

JNI also has an elite publication division. It periodically brings out publications on naturopathy, yoga and vegetarianism to create health awareness among the suffering humanity. All its books and CD's are sold at highly subsidized price at the shop in shoping complex.

For all your travel needs, a travel agent with taxi service is also available first outside the main entrance.
