Three clear days notice is required (excluding the date of admission) in writing for postponements / cancellation of confirmed admission date and in case the notice is less than 3 days but not less than2 days, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited & if the notice is less than 2 days but not less than 1 day,75% will be forfeited and if the notice is less than one day, 100% deposit will be forfeited. Number of days will be counted on the basis of working hours i.e., between IST 9am & 5pm.

Frequent changes or cancellations in booking dates are not entertained and after two such changes or cancellations, no further change will be permitted and their advance deposit forfeited. In addition, patients will be debarred for future admission.

In the event of premature discharge, charges will be levied for the actual period of stay plus three days, or for the remaining days of the booked period, whichever is lesser.

An application processing fee shall be deducted upon cancellation of a confirmed booking as follows.
Economy Rooms Rs.200/- per patient; Executive Rooms Rs.300/-; Cottage/Hut/Nest Rs.500/-; Deluxe Double Room/Deluxe Hut/Deluxe Nest Rs.1000/-
